Aloha Hawaii

Aloha! How can I not love Hawaii, the islands full of beauty, culture and adventures? We went Hawaii in 2016. I did not do much adventures as Mr T. Instead, I throughly enjoyed the music and dance in Hawaii. I love Hawaii so much that I also gave my two cats additional Hawaiian names: Kala (princess) & Kahula (dancing).

Hawaii is a state of Aloha. In Honolulu, Polynesian culture center is must to go place. You can interact with island villagers, have a Luau buffet dinner and enjoy the Hawaiian music and dance.

A luau is a traditional Hawaiian party or feast usually accompanied with entertainment. We went to Germaine’s luau. It was such wonderful evening! They offered traditional Polynesian fare, including pork cooked in an imu (an underground oven). We also observed the roasted pig in the imu. For me, the most exciting moment of Luau is the Hawaiian music and dance!

There are many interesting culture in Hawaii. For example, What does shaka sign mean 🤙 in Hawaii? It means “Hang loose,” “Thank you,” “Things are great,” – expresses all those friendly messages and more.

Dear readers, I will stop here and provide three short moments of Hawaiian music and dance. Enjoy!

Merry Christmas 🎄🍷🎁🎈🎉
